Developed independently by Guang'ermei Precision Components, the Single Pegboard Composite Workbench features a high-density board and wear-resistant laminate composite top, paired with a C-type cold-rolled steel frame and a standardized square-hole pegboard system. It balances load capacity, modular expandability, and 6S workplace management compatibility, supporting multi-size in-stock supply and custom configurations.

- Composite High-Strength Worktop: Total thickness 50mm, integrally hot-pressed from a 2mm green wear-resistant film, 48mm high-density board, and black PVC edge banding strip, offering excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, and impact resistance, with a static load capacity of up to 1000kg;
- C-Type Cold-Rolled Steel Frame: Cross-section 100×50mm, sheet thickness 1.5mm, overall table load capacity 1000kg, structurally stable and designed for long-term high-frequency use;
- Standardized Single Pegboard System: Equipped with a 500mm-high square-hole pegboard (hole spacing 10×10mm), single-hole load capacity 10kg, allowing flexible mounting of tool hooks, universal wheel brackets, cable management boxes, and other accessories; louvered pegboard is also available as an option to enhance ventilation and visual transparency;
- Modular Knock-Down Structure: Full bolted connection design for easy transportation, on-site assembly, and later adjustments; carton packaging, compatible with factory logistics and installation schedules.
