The Drawer Storage Cabinet is a standardized workstation storage equipment launched by Guang'er Mei Precision Components for refined material management needs. Different from traditional open shelf cabinets, this series adopts a modular design combining drawers and adjustable pegboards, enabling zoned, visible, dust-proof, and easily accessible management of tools, small parts, and standard components.
Structural Advantages
The main cabinet body is formed by bending and welding 1.0mm or 1.2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, ensuring high overall strength and no deformation; the drawer front panels are thickened to 1.5mm, combined with a stamped single-rail structure, with each drawer rated to bear up to 80kg, meeting the storage needs of heavy tools or batch storage bins.
Flexible Configuration
Standard configuration includes 2 drawers of 100mm height and 2 adjustable shelves (single shelf load capacity 100kg); the upper half integrates a square-hole pegboard system — 2 pegboards are built into the door panel, with pegboard mounting positions reserved inside the cabinet, supporting accessory expansion such as hooks, hanging baskets, and label holders; blue electrostatic powder coating surface treatment is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, complying with industrial environment color management standards.
