The surface is dense, wear-resistant, quiet, and shock-absorbing, making it particularly suitable for fitter repair, small-scale machining, SMT auxiliary material assembly, and 6S visual management workstations.

- High-Strength Beech Wood Tabletop: Selected imported beech wood undergoes finger-jointing and hot-press shaping, with a total thickness of 50mm, a static load capacity of 1000kg, and superior bending rigidity compared to conventional composite board tabletops;
- Dual-Function Pegboard System: Standard configuration includes one 450mm high square-hole pegboard (10×10mm hole spacing) and one louvered pegboard, with a single-hole load capacity of 10kg, supporting standardized hanging of tools, measuring instruments, cable clips, etc.;
- Industrial-Grade Frame Structure: The C-type main frame has a cross-section of 100×50mm, formed by bending 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, with an overall load capacity of 1000kg. The bolted connection design facilitates disassembly, assembly, and on-site layout adjustments;
- Integrated Light Shelf Configuration: The 1000mm height light shelf is built-in with LED fluorescent lights (16W) and a combined 2-hole and 3-hole switch socket, meeting the integrated needs for lighting and equipment power supply.

Three standard specifications are available in stock: 1500×750×800+1000mm, 1800×750×800+1000mm, and 2100×750×800+1000mm. Non-standard sizes, colors (gray-white/custom colors), pegboard quantities, shelf configurations, and tabletop hole drilling can all be customized as required. The surface treatment adopts pickling and phosphating plus powder electrostatic spraying, cured at a high temperature of 250℃, ensuring coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
