Beech Workbench with 4 Drawers, No Pegboard
The Beech Workbench with 4 Drawers and No Pegboard, launched by Guang'ermei Precision Components, features a 50mm thick finger-jointed beech wood tabletop and a C-shaped cold-rolled steel frame structure. It combines high load-bearing capacity (1000 kg tabletop load) with a modular knock-down design, making it suitable for workstation scenarios that demand stability and storage efficiency, such as electronic assembly, automotive parts inspection, and mold maintenance.
Highlights
- 50mm thick finger-jointed beech wood tabletop — impact-resistant, wear-resistant, and high load capacity
- Integrated structure without pegboard — 30% higher rigidity, no deformation over long-term use
- 4-drawer tiered storage design — supports 80 kg per drawer heavy-duty loading and label-based management
- C-shaped cold-rolled steel frame with electrostatic powder coating — compliant with ISO 9001 production standards

Beech Workbench Designed for High-Load Workstations
The Beech Workbench with 4 Drawers, No Pegboard, independently developed by Guang'ermei Precision Components, eliminates the traditional pegboard structure and enhances overall rigidity and space utilization through a combination of an integrated floor-standing cabinet and an independent table frame. The tabletop is made of premium beech wood, composite-formed via finger-joint technology, with a thickness of 50mm. The surface is dense, wear-resistant, and highly impact-resistant, capable of directly supporting drilling, milling, benchwork, and precision inspection operations.

Core Structural Advantages
- No Pegboard Design: Side pegboards are eliminated; the cabinet and table frame are directly connected via high-strength bolts, reducing stress concentration points and ensuring no deformation over long-term use.
- Dual-Layer Load-Bearing System: The tabletop has a static load capacity of ≥1000kg, and the entire unit has a rated load capacity of 1000kg, meeting the requirements for placing heavy tools, fixtures, and small equipment.
- Modular Drawer Configuration: 4 independent drawers (2×100mm high + 2×200mm high), with an internal space of 460×460mm, equipped with stamped single-track rails as standard, each drawer supporting 80kg, and supporting label slot management.
- Industrial-Grade Frame Craftsmanship: The C-type column has a cross-section of 100×50mm, and the main body is made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, treated with pickling and phosphating plus electrostatic powder coating (cured at 250℃ high temperature), in a standard gray-white color, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
Flexible Adaptation to Various Production Line Needs
Available in three standard specifications in stock: 1500×750×800mm, 1800×750×800mm, and 2100×750×800mm, with support for non-standard size customization. The tabletop and cabinet are packaged separately for easy transport via elevator/stairs and quick on-site assembly. Widely used in SMT placement workshops, automotive parts quality inspection stations, hardware mold repair areas, and vocational college training platforms.
