This Beech Wood Workbench with Single Door and Four Drawers (No Pegboard) is independently developed and manufactured by Guang'ermi Precision Components. It is designed for scenarios with high requirements for desktop strength, impact resistance, and storage organization, such as electronic assembly, automotive parts inspection, and hardware and mold fitting. By eliminating the traditional pegboard structure and adopting an integrated floor-standing cabinet with an independent desktop design, it enhances overall rigidity and cleaning convenience, meeting the needs of lean production and 6S management in modern workshops.

- High-Strength Beech Wood Desktop: With a total thickness of 50mm, it is assembled using finger-joint technology, featuring dense grain, high hardness, and scratch and wear resistance. The static load capacity reaches 1000kg, capable of supporting small-scale machining, benchwork operations, and heavy material storage.
- Sturdy C-Steel Frame: With a cross-section of 100×50mm, it is formed by bending 1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. The entire workbench has a rated load capacity of 1000kg, with leveling feet installed at the bottom to adapt to uneven floors.
- Modular Four-Drawer System: Equipped with 2 drawers of 100mm height and 2 drawers of 200mm height, with internal dimensions of 460×460mm. It comes standard with stamped single-rail guides, with each drawer supporting up to 80kg. The drawer fronts are made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate with aluminum alloy handles, supporting label slots for easy tool classification and visual management.
- Industrial-Grade Surface Treatment: The main cabinet body undergoes pickling and phosphating plus powder electrostatic spraying, cured at a high temperature of 250℃. The coating has strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, and is easy to clean. The standard color is gray-white, with custom colors available upon request.
Flexible Adaptation and Delivery Assurance
Available in three standard specifications: 1500×750×800mm, 1800×750×800mm, and 2100×750×800mm, with regular models in stock. Non-standard sizes support rapid custom response. The entire unit uses a bolt-assembly structure and is packaged in cartons for easy transportation and on-site assembly.
