Standard configuration includes three drawers and a 500mm square-hole pegboard, balancing load capacity, expandability, and 6S workplace management compatibility. Available in multiple standard sizes with custom options.

ThisSingle Pegboard Three-Drawer Composite Workbenchis a classic configuration in the composite desktop series, widely used in electronic assembly, automotive parts inspection, hardware mold maintenance, and school training scenarios that have comprehensive requirements for operating space, tool storage, and visual management.

Core Design Advantages

Composite High-Strength Desktop:With a total thickness of 50mm, it is formed by hot-pressing a 2mm green wear-resistant film (oil-resistant and impact-resistant), a 48mm high-density board substrate, and black PVC edge banding. The desktop has a static load capacity of up to 1000kg, with a flat and wear-resistant surface that meets the demands of frequent operations and heavy workpiece placement.

Sturdy Load-Bearing Frame:The main body adopts a C-shaped frame formed by bending 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plates (cross-section 100×50mm). The overall structure is mechanically optimized, with a rated load capacity of 1000kg for the entire workbench, supporting long-term stable use.

Efficient Storage System:Three independent drawers are arranged horizontally (each with a height of 115mm), with internal depths available in three levels: 320mm / 420mm / 520mm. Equipped with stamped single guide rails, each drawer has a load capacity of 80kg. The cabinet body is made of 1.0mm bare plate, balancing strength and lightweight design.

Flexible Expansion Interfaces:The top integrates a 500mm high standard square-hole pegboard (hole spacing 10×10mm), with a single-hole load capacity of 10kg, allowing free mounting of hooks, shelves, tool racks, and other accessories. It can also be replaced with a louvered pegboard as needed to improve ventilation and visibility.

Process and Delivery Assurance

The entire series adopts a knock-down bolted connection structure, with pre-assembly calibration completed before shipment and standardized carton packaging for easy transportation and quick on-site installation. The surface treatment includes pickling and phosphating followed by powder electrostatic spraying, cured at a high temperature of 250°C, resulting in strong coating adhesion, corrosion resistance, and resistance to peeling. The standard color is gray-white, with custom colors available according to customer VI requirements.
