Guang'ermPegboard Storage Cabinet(Inner Half-Pegboard Type) is a modular storage solution developed to meet the refined management needs of modern manufacturing sites. Unlike traditional shelf cabinets or full-pegboard cabinets, this product integrates a standard square-hole pegboard system in the upper half of the cabinet interior, while also equipping two pegboards on the inside of the cabinet door, achieving dual-dimension mounting capability of 'inside cabinet + cabinet door', significantly improving the visibility, accessibility, and return efficiency of frequently used items such as small tools, measuring instruments, fixtures, label cards, and anti-static consumables.



Structural Features and Process Advantages
- High-Rigidity Main Structure: The cabinet body is made of 1.0mm or 1.2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed through bending, welding, pickling and phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating. The surface is flat and scratch-resistant, with a blue (RAL5010) standard color scheme compatible with most workshop visual management systems;
- Layered Load-Bearing Design: Standard equipped with 3 adjustable shelves, each shelf can bear a uniformly distributed static load of up to 100kg. The edges of the shelves are designed with anti-slip folded edges to ensure the stability of heavy materials;
- Strong Pegboard Compatibility: Both the interior pegboard and the cabinet door pegboard adopt the internationally standard Φ6.5mm square-hole array (25mm spacing), which can seamlessly adapt to Guang'erm series hooks, baskets, brackets, and third-party standard hanging tools;
- Industrial-Grade Detail Processing: The cabinet door is equipped with high-strength hinges and an embedded door lock, ensuring smooth and stable opening and closing; the bottom is reserved with installation positions for leveling feet to adapt to uneven ground.
