Independently developed by Guang'ermei Precision Components, the Double Pegboard Four-Drawer Composite Workbench features a modular knock-down structure integrating a high-load composite desktop, dual-type pegboard system, and LED lighting frame. It is ideal for workstations requiring advanced space management and load-bearing performance, such as electronic assembly, automotive parts inspection, and mold maintenance.

Structural Design Balancing Functionality and Expandability

This workbench features a C-frame as the main support structure with a cross-section of 100×50mm, formed by one-piece bending of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, providing a static load capacity of up to 1000kg for the entire table. The desktop has a total thickness of 50mm, composed of 2mm green wear-resistant rubber mat, 48mm high-density board, and black PVC edge banding laminated through hot-pressing process, offering excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, and impact resistance.

Four Drawers + Double Pegboard + Integrated Lighting for Efficient 3D Space Utilization

Equipped with four independent drawers (100mm high × 2 + 200mm high × 2), with internal dimensions of 460×460mm, featuring a stamped single-rail structure and a load capacity of 80kg per drawer; the cabinet dimensions are 566×600×700mm, with both the cabinet door and panel made of 1.5mm cold-rolled steel sheet, fitted with aluminum alloy handles and label slots for convenient 6S visual management.

A 450mm-high pegboard is installed on each side: one side features a square-hole pegboard (hole spacing 10×10mm), and the other side features a louver pegboard, with a bare board thickness of 1.0mm and a load capacity of 10kg per hole, supporting flexible mounting of standard accessories such as tools, measuring instruments, and cable clips.

The top integrates a 1000mm-high lamp rack, standard equipped with a 16W LED fluorescent lamp, a 2-in-1 and 3-hole integrated socket, and a power cord, meeting both lighting and equipment power supply needs.

Supports non-standard dimensions, colors (gray-white as the standard color), surface treatment (pickling and phosphating + powder electrostatic spraying, cured at 250℃ high temperature), and additional functional modules, adapting to different workshop layouts and 6S management standards.

The entire unit adopts a bolt-connected knock-down structure, packed in cartons for convenient transportation and quick on-site assembly.
